Hello!  So far you have been:
  • Listening to your EQUILIBRIUM Relaxation & Visualisation audio daily.
  • Using your EQUILIBRIUM 4-Step Process to stop negative thinking in the moment when you need to.
Now let's add in the next stage:
  • When you use the EQUILIBRIUM 'Beet-your-Blus' Journalling page you create awareness of your beliefs and thoughts and are guided to re-create thinking which will change negative reactions into positive responses, or, assist you in taking positive action to change your environment.  You can download it below.  
You can either print a copy each day and use it to 'Change Your Mind' or open it online, click the old-fashioned pen nib top right of the document and double click in the document wherever you want to add your journal entry.  You can then save it online with the day's date and create your own online journal - easy!
Follow the instructions on the Journal page to see whether the belief triggering your negative reactions requires changing or whether your need to take some action to change your stressful environment.  
This is the missing piece other self-help systems don't have.  It's very powerful.
Never procrastinate over important or difficult decisions again.
